What we provide
Simple and easy, we provide you with a unique space unlike any other at an affordable rate to create the event of your dreams!
Additionally we will provide full day of coordination of your event including floor plans, timelines and communication of events with our event manager.
We require a 25% event insurance deposit. If there is no damage to the facility or violations of the contract, your insurance deposit will be refunded in 30 days of your event.
A 50% down deposit will be sent in an invoice to secure the time and date of your event. Upon a signed contract, the 50% down deposit will be charged to the credit card on file and your event time and date will be secured. 30 days prior to your event date, we will send an invoice requesting the additional 50% deposit to complete the payment for your event. Once both invoices have been paid your event will be secured.
set up and breakdown of event
With the aid of our event manager, you will be able to coordinate with them on the timeline of your event, including the set up and breakdown of the event. Additional costs will be determined based on these factors and will be included in your event space rental agreement.
